What you'll do
* Lead complex technical projects from A to Z
* Switch seamlessly between business and tech
* Manage our teams in the Netherlands, Portugal, and China, both in-office and remote
* Monitor planning, scope, hours, and quality
* Drive progress and keep everyone focused
* Spot risks before they become problems
* Ensure client and team are always aligned
What you bring
* Experience managing (agile) IT projects, preferably in an agency environment
* You understand technical processes and feel at home with custom solutions, e-commerce, or loyalty platforms
* You think in solutions, not obstacles
* You communicate clearly, without noise, both internally and externally
* You easily switch between multiple projects simultaneously
* You're familiar with tools like Linear and Notion
Nice to have:
* Scrum/Agile certification
* Technical background in e.g., development or architecture
* Experience with cross-selling and upselling to clients
* Willingness to occasionally work on-site at client locations
