We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team and support patients in achieving their health and wellbeing goals through evidence-based nutrition advice and interventions.Role OverviewThe Dietitian will assess, diagnose, and treat dietary and nutritional problems using scientific evidence and a patient-focused approach.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the holistic care of our patients.Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalised care plans.
- Provide expert advice on diet and nutrition for the prevention and management of medical conditions (e.G., diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management).
- Deliver consultations for lifestyle, wellness, and performance nutrition.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and sustainable dietary changes.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice standards.
- Ensure compliance with HCPC standards, clinical governance, and CQC requirements.Requirements- BSc (Hons) in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Proven clinical experience in dietetics, preferably in both private and NHS settings.
- Strong communication, counselling, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
