Join Transcom as a Human Resources Assistant
In this role you will:
* Respond to the queries of employees in everything that concerns their employment relationship with the company (contracts, remuneration and working hours)
* Complete the hiring process ensuring the correct affiliation to social security and contributions, in coordination with the external vendor
* Process registrations and cancellations in Social Security
* Manage payroll processes.
* Deal with terminations and disciplinary procedures alongside the Team Leaders, Business Managers and others
* Control every day incidents such as sick leave, absenteeism and vacations
* Manage and file all documentation according to the established procedure

What we are looking for:
* Higher Education (University degree) in a related topic
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English is a must
* Spanish language skills would be an advantage
* Structured way of working, and the ability to resolve issues
* Experience in a fast-paced organisation such as a contact centre company would be an advantage
* Experience with online administration systems
* Start date: As soon as possible
