Financial Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing financial insights and analysis.
Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and deviations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with the Accounting, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial data, identifying trends and deviations.
* Support budgeting and forecasting, building financial models and reports in Excel and dashboards in Power BI.
* Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
* Prepare periodic reports and executive presentations for management.
Requirements:
* Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, or audit/consulting.
* Prior experience in Big Four or corporate finance/FP&A departments is valued.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.

Technical Skills:
* Solid knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and variance analysis.
* Excel (intermediate to advanced).
* Power BI: simple data modelling, basic DAX, dashboard creation, and report sharing.

* Team player with a proactive attitude.
Languages:
* Portuguese and English (C2/C1).
Software:
