About the job
- Act as Scrum Master, ensuring agile principles and practices are effectively implemented within the team.
- Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Configure and analyze reports and complex performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and assess their impact on team processes.
- Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions to promote collaboration and transparency.
- Drive the delivery of expected outcomes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM).
- Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
