As part of our continued growth and organisational development, we are looking for a professional who is motivated to contribute to a dynamic, international and continuously improving industrial environment.Role Overview As aSupply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our continued growth within a dynamic, international and continuously improving industrial environment.This role includesleading the supply chain team, supporting operational excellence and ensuring strong collaboration with production, sales, quality and finance departments.What will you be doing?On a daily basis you will manage the Purchasing, Planning and Logistics teams all of our locations;Manage the company's procurement activities and supplier relationships;Coordinate production planning and demand planning in alignment with sales forecasts and operational capacity;Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control;You will to have to translate strict requirements from different ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO13485 & ISO14001) into a workable operation in the field;Oversee warehouse operations and ensure effective material flow to support production;Define and monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives including monthly reporting directly to the Management Team;Work closely with production, quality and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency;Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain processes;Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and implement improvement actions.Who are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar fields;5–10 years of experiencein supply chain, procurement, planning or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment (Preferred);Previous team leadership or people management experience (Preferred);Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Experience working withERP systems(QAD or similar systems will be considered a plus);Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate different departments;Strongleadership, communication and organizational skills ;English (Minimum B2 – Mandatory).What we offer?A meaningful role within a growing and international organization;Close collaboration with production, quality, sales and management teams across local and group-level operations;The opportunity to shape and improve supply chain processes within a growing international manufacturing organisation;A stable, professional and people-focused working environment.Fresh fruit and a selection of hot beverages available daily in the workplace.Notes:Although the main office will be Penafiel,travel to other company locations will be required.Sterisets is a European company with locations in the Netherlands and Portugal.
