Role:
As a Hemmersbach Technician you will be a direct customer contact for various requirements.
* Help users with their problems and requests.
* Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
* Log the approach and the solution to problems in a ticketing system.
* Provide local support to resident technicians and remote support to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.
* Interact with external service providers.
* Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English).
* Provide meeting rooms support.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two to three (2-3) years with direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experience
* Ability to build relationships
* Excellent time management skill
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Solid knowledge of English (B2)
