Job Overview
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining document management processes using IBM Content Manager (Distributed) and IBM Content Manager OnDemand (Distributed).
* Develop and implement streamlined workflows to optimize document management
* Integrate with other systems to ensure seamless data exchange
* Manage the IBM Content Manager infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
You will troubleshoot issues related to Content Manager, DB2, and WebSphere Application Server, ensuring smooth system operation. Additionally, you will help monitor and improve document storage and retrieval, ensure compliance with legal and data retention policies, and collaborate with teams from infrastructure, development, and security.
Mandatory Skills:
* Solid experience with IBM Content Manager (Distributed)
* Hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (Distributed)
* Strong knowledge of DB2 (administration, performance tuning, SQL)
* Proficiency with WebSphere Application Server (installation, application management, security)
* Ability to work in critical production environments
* Strong communication skills in multiple languages
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, utilities)
* Knowledge of workflows/document management systems
* Familiarity with automation scripts (e.g. Shell, Python)
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
