Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow;
* Business Analyst or Functional Architect with leadership skills;
* Strong ability to work independently;
* Fully remote position - work from anywhere;
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus;
* Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or integrations is an advantage;
* English level C1 or higher
