Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting a Customer Service Agent fluent in Greek for a stable and growing project in the logistics area.
Tasks:
- Making contact with customers in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Greece to confirm and schedule equipment collections.
- Providing telephone support and answering questions in a clear and empathetic manner.
Fixed full-time hours:
Between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
Location/Zone:
Areeiro (Lisbon)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek (level C1 or higher) - oral and written (mandatory);
- Good knowledgeof English and/or Portuguese;
- Good communication skills and active listening;
- Customerfocus, proactivity, and attention to detail;
- Basic computerskills (user interface).
