What you'll be doing:
* Act as the main point of contact for the client and services
* Design and manage governance processes, reporting, KPIs, and service reviews
* Collect and share client feedback for continuous improvement
* Oversee operational activity (ITSM tools, Grafana) and lead crisis management
* Identify service expansion opportunities through data and trend analysis
You'll be a great match if you have:
* Higher education (preferred)
* Certifications/training: ITIL, ISO 20000, Cisco CSM, PMP, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
* Technical knowledge (high level) in networking, IT infrastructure, cloud, and applications
* Strong communication, autonomy, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset, with experience in KPIs, Power BI (or similar tools)
* Fluent in Portuguese and English
