Hotel Ambassador This is a role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, handling their luggage, and ensuring their overall experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Greet and Assist Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle and Store Luggage: Safely manage guests' luggage in an organized manner, ensuring their belongings are always in good condition.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the hotel entrance and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming, creating a positive first impression.
Provide Information: Offer guests detailed information about hotel services, available transportation, and local attractions, always with a proactive attitude.
Requirements: Education: Training in hospitality or tourism.
Languages: Portuguese.
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel operations, service-oriented attitude, customer service techniques, access control and evacuation procedures and communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
