About the Role As a (Senior) Category Manager for our Performance Line within the Beds & Linen Category, you own the European assortment strategy for one of our most innovation‐forward product ranges, defined by high-performance design and material innovation. What you'll do Drive commercial growth and category performance for Beds within the Beds & Linens team. Pair deep market and customer insights with internal capabilities to define concrete winning 4Ps for the assortment. Product & Price: Define the right products and features at the right quality and cost levels for sustained profitable growth. Place: Define the assortment between e‐commerce, offline channels, and wholesale to maximize coverage while minimizing conflict and cannibalization. Promotion: Understand the key communication levers for the target customer segment that maximizes profitable awareness‐to‐conversion. Work with teams to define, test and scale go‐to‐market executions for each of the 4Ps, such as Product Development & Supply Chain for new launches and Marketing for campaigns. Align central teams and countries around clear priorities, launch timelines, and product promotional initiatives. Act as a strategist and project manager working closely with cross‐functional teams to refine and execute the strategy. Who we are looking for 4+ years of experience in category management, assortment planning, product management, or product marketing, ideally from consumer goods organizations. Strong business acumen with a sharp eye for understanding and prioritizing key commercial levers. Experience leading end‐to‐end product launches and managing full product lifecycles (PLC). Strong understanding of omnichannel retail with experience balancing offline retail and D2C/online channel requirements. You are structured, data‐driven, and confident working with cross‐functional stakeholders. You have an innate curiosity for consumer preferences and can uncover winning "a‐ha" insights. You craft commercial tests and go‐to‐market plans within reasonable budgets and timeframes. You are passionate about products but not necessarily a product engineer or designer. You have owned a category, product, or brand P&L and grown it profitably, with hands‐on experience in commercial testing, go‐to‐market, and scale‐up. You are fluent in English.
