The Environment & Safety Tejo Mondego area is looking to recruit an Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist.
What you will do:
-
* Development and implementation of processes for Professional Risk Assessment, as well as specific prevention and protection plans required by legislation.
* Integrated into occupational safety activities, ensures compliance with legal requirements, technical guidance for occupational safety professionals and other relevant entities.
* Operational monitoring in coordination with the Tejo-Mondego Production Center Management, aimed at complying with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental best practices.
* Implementation of Objectives, Indicators, and participation in the Integrated Management Plan SIGAS (Environment and Safety Management System) and Continuous Improvement processes.
* Provides internal training and awareness sessions for employees and external service providers.
* Participation in internal and external audits and inspections, with the objective of identifying non-conformities and incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions, collaborate in various activities associated with emergency response (conducting drills, requesting regular inspections, among others).
* Participate in the investigation and analysis of the causes of work accidents or the occurrence of occupational diseases, and collaborate in the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

What are we looking for:
-
* Degree in Engineering with CCP TSST Certification (Level VI) or Higher Education in Occupational Health and Environment.
* Professional experience of 2 to 15 years, mandatory as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician.
* We value the Internal Auditor Course ISO45001:2019 and/or ISO14001:2015.
* Proven knowledge in risk analysis and control techniques / Occupational Health and Safety / Safety Inspection and Audit Techniques and mastery of legislation.
* Knowledge of the current normative system.
* Experience in SAP.
* Proficiency in MS Office and English (mandatory).
* Driving license (mandatory).
