We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers — a true brand ambassador ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time.
Your Role:
You'll support customers via social media, chat, phone, and email with inquiries about subscriptions, invoicing, and technical issues. You'll troubleshoot, find solutions, and make sure every customer feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address customer needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
* Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions
* Support account management and software functionality
* Deliver timely, precise responses
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions
What We Offer:
* Remote position in Portugal – work from the comfort of your home
* 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
* Full-time, rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00 (Portuguese time)
* 2 days off per week (rotational)
* International work environment and supportive team
Salary and Benefits:
* Base salary: €1,100 gross/month
* Plus two extra salaries per year (as granted by Portuguese law)
* Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month (paid during the first 12 months)
Languages Required:
* German – C2 level
* English – B2 level
