Your role will be to oversee and manage operational activities of third-party service centers ensuring adherence to corporate standards policies and procedures while optimizing performance and efficiency.
The key responsibilities include:
* Oversee operational activities for third-party service centers within a designated region ensuring full compliance with company standards SLAs safety guidelines and operational policies.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party service providers consulting with site leaders to address challenges and implement operational improvements including preventative maintenance programs for both equipment and facilities.
* Leverage data and operational systems to evaluate site performance identifying opportunities for enhancements in safety operational efficiency and cost savings.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and audit results driving corrective actions and implementing cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability and operational consistency.
A degree in Business Management Logistics or Technical Engineering is required along with experience in subcontractor management site management negotiations in operations/transport with 3rd party service providers and strong experience in Lean Six Sigma.
