We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where artificial intelligence is used to tackle real-world business challenges. What you will do
* Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value
* Build and test experimental AI solutions to assess feasibility, impact, and technical soundness
* Measure and analyze model performance, including accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
* Iterate on experimental solutions based on stakeholder input and evolving requirements
* Select high-potential concepts and help convert them into production-ready solutions
* Work with engineering and data teams to transition validated ideas into deployable products
* Improve and refine models to meet performance goals and business constraints
* Ensure robust validation and testing of AI features in real operational contexts
* Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms or the creation of new intelligent applications
* Keep up with advancements in AI technologies and apply best practices to ongoing initiatives
* Produce clear technical documentation and communicate outcomes to both technical and business audiences
* Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
* Hands-on experience in an AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics role
* Strong knowledge of large language models and modern ML/DL frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, LangChain)
* Proficiency in Python and Java, with practical experience using data processing and visualization tools
* Exposure to distributed data processing or big data technologies is a plus
* Experience working with cloud-based platforms and AI services
* Ability to convert business needs into effective technical solutions
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and communicating complex ideas clearly
