This role is about doing great design work day to day, working alongside our Senior Designer – taking a well-defined brand and applying it carefully, confidently and consistently across a wide range of projects.This isn't a highly conceptual role, and that's intentional.
You'll be working within an established brand, helping marketing, sales and internal teams bring it to life across digital, print and presentation materials.
The focus is on craft, clarity and consistency, rather than big idea generation or brand re-invention.What you'll be doingDesigning and rolling out assets across digital and print, including:Marketing and campaign materialsCommercial and sales content (presentations, pitch decks, case studies)Social and digital assetsInternal comms and brand materialsApplying emagine's brand guidelines with care and consistencyAdapting existing creative work across different formats, channels and marketsWorking closely with brand, marketing and commercial teams on clearly defined briefsDesigning and maintaining presentation materials in PowerPoint and/or Google SlidesPreparing files for digital use and print, with a good eye for detail and qualityBalancing multiple pieces of work at once and keeping things movingWorking directly with internal stakeholders across multiple locationsTaking feedback on board and making updates efficientlyRequirementsStrong, well-rounded design skills across digital and print, with a solid portfolio to prove itExperience working with established brand guidelines and enjoying that structureConfident presentation design skills, especially in PowerPointA good eye for detail and design craft – layout, typography, spacing and colour really matter hereComfortable designing commercial and sales-focused materials, as well as marketing workConfidence using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and FigmaAble to work independently on clear briefs, while knowing when to ask questionsOrganised, dependable, and comfortable working at a steady paceStrong communication skills for working directly with colleagues and stakeholdersNice to haveExperience working with Jira (or similar ticketing / workflow tools) to manage briefs, feedback and deliveryMotion, animation or video skills (for example After Effects or simple animated content)Experience using design tools beyond Adobe Creative Cloud (e.G.
