About the Team
You'll be joining the team leading Entrust's Identity portfolio, including solutions formerly known as Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solutions). With the completed acquisition, Entrust now offers the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.
Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics, ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding. By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with innovative dashboards and fraud signals, we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while enabling quick and safe access to services.
Responsibilities
1. Enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by surfacing critical data from various sources in the self-service analytics platform. Own the end-to-end creation of data products, including designing and implementing ELT jobs and building reports.
2. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of the self-service analytics platform. Write high-quality code, implement tests, and automate processes where possible.
3. Serve as a trusted partner to diverse stakeholders across Product Managers, Analysts, and Customer Success/Sales Managers. Propose and implement bespoke analytics solutions to address their challenges.
4. Educate and assist data users in utilizing Onfido’s tools and data assets to enable self-serve analytics.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in data analytics.
* Advanced SQL skills, with an understanding of both working SQL and performant SQL.
* Strong data visualization skills, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of summarizing complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self-starter with initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.
* Experience with Python, Git, dbt, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is a plus.
