ResponsibilitiesInput, validation, and management of customer orders within the SAP system;Customer Support: Addressing complex client inquiries related to order status, deliveries, invoicing, and complaints;Maintaining and updating customer records and commercial interactions; Supporting the invoicing process (issuance of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes) and reconciliation of accounts receivable.What we are looking for:Experience in administrative or back-office roles;Fluency in Dutch and English or Portuguese;Mandatory proficiency in the SAP system;Familiarity with Salesforce.BenefitsHybrid work modelLanguage bonusFixed working hours
