to support the delivery and evolution of its
SharePoint environment
. This role offers a
direct contract with the end client
, with **** Farmers supporting the recruitment and setup.
What you'll do
Lead design, configuration, and deployment of
SharePoint Online
solutions
Build structured
intranet sites, collaboration portals, lists, libraries, and workflows
Define and implement
SharePoint governance, security, taxonomy & information architecture
Integrate with
Microsoft 365 tools
(Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AD)
Support document & records management use cases at scale
Provide guidance on
permissions models, compliance, and lifecycle management
Support advanced workflows, forms, and automation via
Power Platform
Conduct technical assessments and recommend optimization best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, solution design, and delivery
Travel regularly to Switzerland
for on-site work, workshops, and alignment sessions
What we're looking for
5+ years of
SharePoint
experience
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft 365
Comfortable in international, client-facing environments
Availability for
regular travel to Switzerland
Ownership mindset and clear communication
