- Coordinate and ensure the financial reporting of the different entities within the group;
- Act as a business partner to ensure the economic and financial health of each organization in the group;
- Manage acquistions and selling processes - conduct analysis, define selling and purchasing prices, and ensure proper follow-up;
- Support new acquisitions - monitor and assess the financial situation;
- Help maintain the financial health of the various entities within the group.
Perfil ideal
- Academic background in Management, Economics, Finance, or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of previous professional experience in similar roles, ideally in M&A, Transactions, Business Analysis, Finance Advisory, or Corporate Finance within final client;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Minimum B2 level in English;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
