Project Manager to join our team, to lead and manage the Portuguese market working closely with our team in Spain.Role Objective
You will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and in-store), ensuring alignment with budgets and business goals.
You will be the Marketing point of reference for the Portuguese market, working hand-in-hand with partners, retailers, and the Sales team to:
Build strong and strategic relationships with each partner/retailer, understanding their specific needs.
Coordinate local and international campaigns, ensuring consistency with global guidelines.
Drive collaboration between Marketing and Sales, maintaining alignment on goals and actions.
Provide strategic input in annual and quarterly planning, focusing on results, learnings, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate local and international campaigns, working with agencies and partners.
Supervise brand image and ensure compliance with global guidelines.
Build strong, value-added relationships with partners/distributors.
Coordinate in-store brand presence.
Report and analyze campaign results, providing learnings and improvement proposals.
Support internal marketing processes, invoicing, and translations, with a focus on the Portuguese market.
Requirements
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
