RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
* Perform variance analyses between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
* Develop financial models to support decision-making and scenario evaluation.
* Prepare monthly reporting and performance indicators (KPIs) for local and corporate management.
* Support the definition and monitoring of cost-reduction plans and margin-optimization initiatives.
* Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or Accounting.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, or Audit.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel, MS365, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) — French is a plus.
