HR Manager
Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is currently recruiting for the position of HR Manager.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to lead our HR function and act as a strategic partner to the business. Lead and manage the Human Resources function both strategically and operationally, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with the organization’s goals and the industrial environment in which it operates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all training and development processes, from needs assessment to evaluation of training effectiveness.
* Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all legal obligations, using Primavera software.
* Handle all aspects of contractual management, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
* Conduct and participate in recruitment and selection processes, focusing mainly on management and technical profiles.
* Supervise all occupational health procedures, ensuring full legal compliance.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with external entities, including government institutions and service providers.
* Design and implement performance evaluation systems that promote a merit-based culture.
* Develop and maintain job descriptions and role profiles.
* Conduct organizational studies, including assessments of climate and culture.
* Drive and continuously improve internal communication processes, fostering employee engagement and alignment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (HRM preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar HR roles, preferably in an industrial context – mandatory.
* Training and development management in certified environments (e.g., ISO 9001) – mandatory.
* Recruitment for management profiles – mandatory.
* Direct collaboration with top management / CEO – mandatory.
* Team management – preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Primavera HR software (payroll, training management, training plans) – mandatory.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
* Fluent in English and good command of French.
