Role:
Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Engineer (OIC/SQL) – Build & RunExperience: 4–7 years in application integration including =2 years on Oracle Integration Cloud (or equivalent iPaaS) and =3 years in SQL/ETL. HCM experience required (at least Core HR).
Brief description of the position and its mission:
The role is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).It covers both Build (projects, enhancements, new workflows) and Run (supervision, maintenance, continuous improvement) of the interfaces between the Oracle HCM system and internal or external systems (payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, business applications).The objective is to ensure smooth and reliable HR data exchanges in an international and regulated context, relying on Oracle standards (OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs). The role also includes managing special cases or "edge cases," requiring the use of HDL/HSDL files for bulk uploads, or BI Publisher for targeted extractions not covered by standard tools.
Beyond technical development, the role involves:
• formalizing requirements with HR and IT teams,
• securing data flows (authentication, encryption, GDPR),
• documenting and industrializing deliverables,
• participating in architecture and data reviews,
• and proactively supervising to anticipate incidents and ensure service quality.
The position is part of a continuous improvement and automation approach, with a strong contribution to the operational reliability of the HR domain and the interoperability of the information system.
