About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong background in leveraging technology and digital tools to drive business growth.
We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is highly proactive, and has the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
* Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads ;
* Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities ;
* Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature;
* Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners;
* Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools;
* Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market;
* Act proactivelyto expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels .
What We Are Looking For

* Strong technological curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools;
* High energy, resilience, and motivation to grow in a scale-up environment;
* Clear communication, structured thinking, and commercial intuition;
Skills for the role
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets ;
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments or B2B sales;
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities;
* Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools;
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team;
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
