Senior Project/Program Manager
A key position in our organization is available for a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program from planning through post-go-live support.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of an Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program;
* Engage with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
* Create and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers to ensure seamless execution;
* Communicate progress clearly through regular meetings and reports to senior leadership;
* Cultivate resource coordination and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
* Maintain compliance with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
* Promote success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading complex IT projects, particularly Oracle EBS upgrades.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle tools is required, along with experience working in a dynamic environment.
