Description We're looking for aBusiness Development Specialistwho knows how to turn conversations into opportunities — and opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role sits at the intersection ofcold outreach, event strategy, and relationship building. You won't just generate leads — you'll build aconsistent, high-quality pipelineand help shape how we grow our global corporate client base. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and owning the full sales cycle — this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingMarket Intelligence & Outbound SalesResearch and identify target companies, industries, and gifting opportunities Build and executemulti-channel outreach campaigns(email, LinkedIn, calls) Continuously test and improve messaging to boost response and conversion rates Qualify leads and manage pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Track performance and use data to improve outreach effectiveness Events, Conferences & Lead GenerationIdentify and plan participation intrade shows, expos, and industry events Build and manage a rollingevent calendar (6–10 months ahead) Prepare in advance: research attendees, connect before events, prioritize high-value prospects Capture and qualify leads during events and ensure structured follow-ups Track ROI: leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue generated Continuously improve theevent playbookfor future success Sales Ownership & ExecutionOwn thefull sales cycle : discovery → proposal → negotiation → close Tailor solutions based on each client's needs and gifting strategy Meet or exceed KPIs across pipeline, meetings, and revenue Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales team and leadership Support the team during peak seasons across sales and customer successWhat We're Looking ForFluent English (written & spoken) 6+ months experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation Experience withcold outreach(email, LinkedIn, phone) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focusedNice to HaveExperience withevents, expos, or conference representation Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Additional languages: Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, French, or German Existing network in HR, procurement, marketing, or corporate services Creative approach to prospecting and pipeline building
