We are currently looking for a Data Engineer for a Mobile Services Company.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and SQL
* Design and optimize data models and warehouses on AWS Redshift
* Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python for data processing and automation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
* Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance
* Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security
Requirements
* Proven experience with AWS cloud services, especially Redshift
* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
* Hands-on experience with DBT and Airflow
* Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, or Glue
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and BI platforms
* Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* +3 years of experience; English proficiency at least C1
Location: Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Hybrid)
