/pp We#39;re looking for professionals with: /pp Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is required to perform the responsibilities of this position.
/pp3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning, reporting, or similar finance roles are required to succeed in this position.
/pp Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and support business decisions in a structured and evidence-based manner.
/pp Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross functional environment are essential to collaborate across departments.
/pp High level of autonomy, ownership, and prioritization skills in a dynamic setting enables effective handling of multiple deadlines and shifting business priorities.
/pp Advanced proficiency in Excel; SAP and Power BI experience is a strong plus and will be highly valued in daily operations.
