Job Overview
The Quality Engineer will act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, informing customers of relevant information in a timely manner. They will increase quality awareness among employees by auditing and improving quality operations, with the goal of delivering quality products and contributing to an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Quality:
1. Process and follow up on internal and external customer complaints within predefined timelines using FRB and 8D methodologies: assign to the correct MQE specialist (D1), describe the problem (D2), and ensure containment (D3).
2. Handle customer support response complaints and justified non-manufacturing customer complaints.
3. Serve as the contact person for customers, answer their questions, and ensure timely updates on customer portals.
4. Manage quality alerts and severe cases based on customer complaints and containment actions.
5. Perform risk analysis as needed by customers, in collaboration with MQE and MQS, especially for customer-specific requirements.
New Processes:
1. Responsible for the DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode).
Audits:
1. Conduct reverse audits, VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5 audits, quality focus checks, and LPA.
2. Support customer audits upon request, in collaboration with the MQE supervisor.
3. Own different audit actions related to specific processes and products.
