Sales and Admissions Professional
Brave Generation Academy is seeking a skilled Sales and Admissions professional who combines strong interpersonal skills with initiative, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is a natural people-person, quick to learn, and dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for prospective learners and their families.
Key responsibilities include driving lead generation, converting inquiries into enrolments, overseeing the full admissions process, building relationships, tracking financial aid, and producing reports on departmental performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and contributing to improving admissions and sales processes.
Achievable goals include generating qualified leads, achieving individual and team sales targets, timely follow-up on inquiries, accuracy of admissions documentation, smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment, and learner retention post-onboarding.
* Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese required
* Eligibility to work in Portugal essential
* Degree and or experience in Business, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* CRM experience (HubSpot an advantage) highly valued
* Excellent communication and customer service skills necessary
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail fundamental
* Confidence working cross-departmentally in a fast-paced environment expected
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office desirable
