What You Will Do
IT-related/ System responsibility
* Mainly responsible for MDG master data system for Europe Controlling team (focus on system functionalities, approval flow, support of Business partner)
* Approval flows for other systems such as IBM Planning Tool, CO
* Support in adjusting & improving monthly & annual cycles in SAP
Reporting
* Support in monthly inventory analysis & reporting
* Support in monthly CapEx reporting (e.g create report & dashboards)
* Responsible for creation of monthly reporting decks
* Quarterly Yellow Flag Reporting
Other
* Support in updating relevant master data (e.g cost center, profit center master data & hierarchies)
* Owning the sec. cost allocation process incl. Statistical key figures
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
* Preferably, you have already gained work experience in above mentioned areas
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
* Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems will also be considered
* Structured way of working & good time management
* Fluent English skills
