We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;
* Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international context;
* Strong people skills;
* Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams and team building;
* Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;
* You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;
* Ability to drive change and support the team during the process;
* Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural);
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
