The Difference You Will Make: You'll play a key role in supporting mission-critical digital audio services, monitoring platforms in real time, and helping ensure a high level of reliability for millions of listeners.Your work will directly contribute to service stability, fast incident response, and continuous improvement of our operational practices.Your Role:Operate within a continuous 24/7/365 monitoring function.Respond to alerts, triage issues, and follow runbooks.Escalate to engineering teams and document incidents.Support onboarding, platform readiness checks, and operational improvements.The Skills You Will Bring:Technical background in distributed systems (cloud or on-prem).
