Program Manager Role Overview
The SAP Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP program delivery within the manufacturing domain. They oversee multiple project streams across production, supply chain, and logistics operations.

* Manage complex, multi-phase SAP programs globally to ensure successful program execution.
* Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and project management standards.

* Engage with senior business leaders from Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with external system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams for cohesive delivery.
* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, program reporting, and risk reviews to ensure timely decision-making.
* Develop and execute budget management plans to optimize resource allocation across internal and external teams.
* Ensure adherence to financial controls and timely delivery within approved budgets.
* Lead organizational change management and training initiatives across manufacturing entities.
* Develop and implement communication plans to support adoption and stakeholder engagement.
