Our managers are passionate about restaurants, hospitality, and delivering outstanding service. This is a performance-driven role designed to help you grow into a well-rounded hospitality professional.Newly hired managers follow a self-directed training model, quickly developing their skills and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations. Training typically lasts around 8 weeks, depending on previous experience.As a manager, you’ll become an integral part of the leadership team, learning from our executive chefs, mentors, and training staff. You’ll gain expertise in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, equipping yourself with the tools to run a business and lead a team successfully.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds—you don’t need to be an expert on day one.
