Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
* Offer information and guidance on products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
* Take ownership of case resolution, utilizing problem-solving skills to find the best solutions according to company guidelines.
* Manage demanding customers with professionalism and emotional intelligence, focusing on solution and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers' needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fashion or e-commerce environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Italian proficiency (mandatory).
* Strong IT skills, including customer service software and Windows packages.
* Superb communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues positively.
* Natural multitasking ability, with attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
* A strong passion for sports and sportswear is a plus.
* A self-driven individual who thrives in a team environment.
* Availability to work late shifts.
