Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business and upsell opportunities to increase individual and enterprise subscriptions
* Retain existing client subscriptions with a renewal rate above 80%
* Build and strengthen relationships across a diverse book of business
* Present usage data and insights to clients to enhance product value
* Identify and act on copyright protection and monetization opportunities
* Support the shift from individual to enterprise subscription models
* Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to define best practices
* Manage and forecast your sales pipeline with precision
* Understand clients' business strategies and propose tailored solutions
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent or native English speaker
* 1–3 years in a face-to-face role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Confident presenting digital platforms and analyzing usage data
* Proactive, professional, and focused
* Proven sales track record, preferably in media, tech, or B2B environments
* Strategic thinker, proactive and oriented
* Bonus: Knowledge of financial services or B2B publishing sectors
What We Offer:
* Direct employment contract
* Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
* Base salary: €1,000 gross/month
* Meal allowance: €7.80/day via meal card
* Performance bonus: Up to €400/month
