As an HR Specialist focused on Employer Branding & Communications, you'll shape Lufthansa Technik Portugal's image as an employer, drive clear internal/external communication, and create engaging employee experiences from onboarding to development.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
1. Develop and implement employer branding strategies to strengthen Lufthansa Technik Portugal's presence in the job market
2. Design and manage internal and external communication plans, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging
3. Support and continuously improve onboarding programs for new employees
4. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employees skills and engagement
5. Collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and corporate communications teams
Old-age provision / employee retirement, Flight privileges, Discounts / shopping, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Employee and networking events
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, creativity, and HR expertise. Passion for people, storytelling, and employee experience is key. We're seeking someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to boost our brand and growth.
6. Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
7. Proven experience in employer branding, corporate communications, or HR-related functions
8. Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
9. Experience in onboarding and talent attraction through events and networking
10. Skilled in promoting employer brand via social media, events, and internal comms
11. Strong communication and self-organization skills
12. Creative mindset with impactful ideas
13. Proactive, solution-oriented team player
