This role leads the strategic direction and execution of brand initiatives, ensuring impactful engagement across the healthcare ecosystem. It combines cross-functional collaboration, market insights and compliant promotional excellence to drive strong brand performance and successful launches.
Description
Lead brand strategy, positioning, annual planning and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with Country, Iberia and Global priorities.
Drive market, competitive and customer insights to shape customer-centric strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional execution with Medical, Market Access, Sales and other key stakeholders.
Manage marketing execution across campaigns, omnichannel engagement, congress strategy and promotional initiatives.
Ensure effective budget management, KPI monitoring and full compliance with internal policies, SOP's and applicable regulations.
Profile
University degree in Health Sciences or Economics, with a postgraduate or Master's qualification preferred.
At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical Marketing roles.
Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Solid track record of working effectively in cross-functional environments.
Strong influencing and communication skills with key decision-makers in medium and large hospital organizations and/or national institutions to drive business opportunities.
Portuguese and English at working-proficiency level; Spanish is desirable.
