The procurement role is responsible for leading the operational procurement team and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global sourcing strategies.
In this capacity, you will oversee transactional procurement activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain excellence in daily purchasing activities, guarantee compliance with internal policies and global processes.
Collaborate effectively with Sourcing, Finance, and Content Management teams to integrate procurement processes.
Monitor KPIs related to operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Support implementation and optimization of e-procurement solutions,
Act as a key liaison between procurement operations and the wider organization.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, previous experience in Team Leading required.
Strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Processes necessary.
Familiarity with e-procurement solutions and SAP Ariba mandatory.
Strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
Fluency in English mandatory, French (optional).
