We are looking for skilled and motivated independent closers to join our growing M&A brokerage team in Lisbon.
A) Your Mission
* Conduct qualification and calls with pre-qualified prospects (no cold calling)
* Assess each prospect's objectives, needs, and financial capacity
* Present our services clearly and guide prospects through the decision-making process
B) Compensation
* Commission-only (a salaried position may be considered long term based on performance)
* 20% commission per deal (the more you close, the more you earn)
* Commissions paid immediately after each sale
