Main Responsibilities
1. Advisory in projects related to mergers & acquisitions, valuations, privatizations, and concessions;
2. Prepare pitches and presentations for clients, including market research, financial analysis, company valuations, financing solutions and business strategy recommendations;
3. Assist in the development of financial models within the context of valuations, M&A mandates, and Project Finance;
4. Participate in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt and equity transactions, in coordination with other areas of the
