The Role & Team:The candidate will have to analyse and validate the implementation of the keys performance indexes for wireless and wireline network monitoring applications, drive the end-to-end definition of the data feeds in distributed monitoring systems, perform data validation tests to ensure the integrity and consistency of the data provided by our products, analyze and resolve customer issues related to metrics and data feeds, work in development and implementation of entire solution packages offer (data processing, ETL, reports, dashboard) based on PM and customer requirements.Candidate should be familiar with networking technologies, Mobile protocols for LTE, UMTS and GSM, Data and Vo IP/Vo LTE protocols applications.Key Responsibilities:Implement reports and define metrics according to PM and customer requirements.Data validation of metrics and reports for the integrity and consistency of the end-to-end results.Design, develop and integration of data adapters, analytic metrics/KPIs and aggregators to consume telecom data and provide business insights and reports.Analyze customer issues affecting metrics and data feeds and follow up on the resolution path.Interact with intra-organizational contacts and customers.Analyze the product requirements and produce functional specifications.Review technical documentation and provide feedback.Identify technical implementation issues and provide feedback to development teams and Product managers.Work with remote developers, Professional Service Engineers, Quality Assurance teams and field/sales engineers.EducationMaster Degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or similar.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of telecom networks (mobile, fixed, IP transport, fiber).
Hands-on experience with operational data sources (OSS, BSS, EMS/NMS, probes, CEM systems).
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Ability to manipulate large datasets and perform detailed trend analysis.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred).
Industry KnowledgeExperience in a telecommunications service provider (SP) environment is highly preferred.Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, SS7, Diameter), 4 G/5 G architecture, service assurance workflows, and OSS/BSS landscapes.Soft SkillsStrong analytical thinking & problem-solving mindset.Ability to communicate complex technical findings in business-friendly language.Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Collaborative team player comfortable in cross-department interactions.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience with big data platforms (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop).
Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy).
Exposure to AI/ML use cases in telecom.Certifications in data analytics, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), or telecom technologies (Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, SDN/NFV).
Previous experience working w/ cloud native technologies, including usage of k8s.Clickhouse DB knowledge.
