Job Description
* The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient document control structures and information flow on a project.
* This includes implementing project documentation procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing reports to project management.
* Another key aspect of this job is acting as the single point of contact for clients regarding information management and documentation within projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure contractual requirements related to document numbering, filling, and handover are implemented on the project.
2. Perform documentation planning in cooperation with project planners and project engineering management as appropriate.
3. Follow up on information management activities and documentation status, and propose actions across interfaces.
4. Define distribution matrices in coordination with project teams.
5. Identify and give input to Variation Orders (VORs), documentation status reports, and areas of concern.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Information Management preferred.
* 4-6 years of experience in similar roles.
* Professional English language proficiency.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to identify process weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.
