Tech4home is a major player in the remote-control sector. With 20 years of researching, designing and developing a wide array of devices across the globe for the biggest brands in electronics, home automation, and pay TV, we aim to continually assess opportunities to enhance our products and actively involve our clients to achieve value for money.

Our team has in-depth knowledge of engineering, design, and aesthetic space. We stay on top of the latest design trends and integrate them seamlessly into our products, home, and business.

Now, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their loyalty, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
* Act as the main point of contact, developing a deep understanding of each client's needs and providing personalized solutions.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close contracts in line with company policies.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address issues.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to the achievement of overall commercial objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (project management, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure that agreed terms and deliverables are met.
* Hold regular review and planning meetings with clients to strengthen partnerships and drive joint success.
* Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information about accounts, activities, and pipeline status.
* Record all agreed commercial terms of sale in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

* Degree in Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience obtained through relevant professional practice.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (additional experience will be considered an asset).
* Good working knowledge of SAP.
* Experience in the B2B market.
* Strong interest in technology and innovation.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Critical thinker with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
* Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage).
* Willingness to travel as required.
