Mindera is currently seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in development to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase. You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in development.

Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications
* Design and develop scalable and highly performant software solutions
* Contribute to the architectural decisions, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in development
* Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
* Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience in development
* Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices
* Experience with GraphQL
* Great knowledge of AWS
* Experience with version control systems, Git
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment
* Experience in E-commerce
