Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Business-As-Usual (BAU) team within the D365 Transformation Program. This role is critical in supporting the stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-implementation.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and the effective delivery of system enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to a major digital transformation initiative.
* Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests related to D365 modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements and enhancements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to implement, test, and validate solutions in line with business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a BAU, support, or functional analyst role within ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
* Fluent French language skills are mandatory; English is also required.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
